  • Position Overview

    Compensation: 100% Commission-Based

    Earning Potential: $115,000–$185,000+ annually (Uncapped)

    Type: Full-Time | In-Person (Outside / In-Home Sales)

    Schedule:

    Monday–Friday

    Saturdays as needed based on appointment volume

  • What You’ll Do

    • Run pre-set, in-home appointments with qualified homeowners

    • Deliver a structured, professional sales presentation using our proven process

    • Diagnose customer needs and recommend the right coating system

    • Present pricing clearly and confidently, then ask for the sale

    • Close deals on the first visit whenever possible

    • Represent the OX Floors brand with professionalism, integrity, and accountability

  • What We’re Looking For

    • Strong work ethic and personal accountability

    • Coachable mindset and willingness to follow a proven sales process

    • Professional presence and clear communication skills

    • Comfortable meeting homeowners in their homes and leading the conversation

    • Competitive by nature — you care about results and performance

    • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your territory

    • Prior in-home or outside sales experience is a plus, not a requirement — we provide training for the right candidate
